About Heather Laura
I have a science background in kinesiology and physiology, with over 10 years of experience across Canada, Greece, Mexico, Costa Rica, and beyond. Along the way I've been blessed with mentorship that helped me deepen and refine my skills wherever I went.
Developing myself has become the foundation of my energy and my ability to help and serve others — whether you're looking to move stagnant energy, align your chakras, or work through an injury for good.
Every session is a collaboration. I listen before I ever put hands to work, so the pace, pressure, and focus reflect what your body actually needs that day — not a one-size-fits-all routine.
Healing doesn't need to happen at a big retreat center, on someone else's schedule, in an unfamiliar place. It can happen somewhere you already feel safe.
This is why the experience is built to be personal and flexible — small groups, private sessions, and even the option to bring the retreat directly to you.
